The Explorer is crafted from 100% waterproof diamond-weave ripstop 300D polyester — the same type of fabric used in technical outdoor gear. It's tear-resistant, lightweight, and built to withstand anything the course throws at you.

How many pockets does the Explorer have?

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, every Explorer order ships free within the continental United States. Please note we currently do not ship to Hawaii, outer islands, or international destinations. Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.

I entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

Email support@linkslite.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. If it’s already in transit, changes may not be possible.

My tracking says “delivered” but I can’t find my package. What should I do?

Check around your delivery location (and with neighbors/building staff). Sometimes carriers mark a package delivered slightly early. If it still hasn’t turned up after 24 hours, email support@linkslite.com and we’ll help you investigate.
