Lifetime Warranty

We take pride in the quality and design of our products and stand behind The Explorer stand bag with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

“Lifetime” refers to the usable lifetime of the product—not the lifetime of the purchaser.

If something’s off, we’ll make it right.

What’s covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects (material or workmanship issues), including but not limited to:

  • Defective or separating seams and stitching

  • Hardware failures (such as stand mechanisms, buckles, or strap attachments) under normal use

  • Zippers that fail due to faulty materials or workmanship

If a valid warranty claim is approved, Linkslite will replace the product (or the defective part) with the same item or a comparable in-stock model at no charge.

What’s not covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including fabric abrasion, scuffs, or cosmetic marks

  • Fading or discoloration from sun exposure, weather, or cleaning agents

  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect (for example, dragging the bag on rough surfaces or overloading pockets)

  • Accidental damage (such as airline damage or impact from carts or vehicles)

  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications

Incidental or consequential damages—including damage to clubs or personal belongings carried inside the bag—are not covered under this warranty.

Warranty duration and scope

  • This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable

  • Coverage applies only to products purchased directly from linkslite.com (proof of purchase required)

  • Products purchased through third-party retailers, marketplaces, or resellers are not eligible for this warranty

How to submit a warranty claim

To start a claim, email support@linkslite.com with:

  1. Your order number (or proof of purchase)

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Clear photos showing the defect

Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or images. In some cases, we may request the product be returned for inspection and quality control; if so, we’ll provide shipping instructions.
