Return policy

Any unused Linkslite product in its original packaging can be returned for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Unless the return is the result of an error on our part, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Important details

• Unused condition only. Items must show no signs of wear, dirt, or use (for example: not taken on-course)

• Returns must include the original packaging and any included components/accessories

• Returns received in used or damaged condition may be declined or may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion

• Returns requested after the 30-day window will not be accepted

How to start a return

To request a return, email us at support@linkslite.com (or use our Contact page) with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you’d like to return

We’ll reply with return instructions and the correct return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return and it’s approved, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
